More About Me
Before we work together, it helps to know a little bit more about who I am.
These are just a few things that shape how I think, how I work, and how I show up with clients.
I’ve spent years shaping career decisions at a senior level.
Across executive search, talent strategy, and as a CEO myself, in Sydney and London, I’ve had an inside track on how decisions get made, how careers develop, and why capability on its own is rarely enough.
I’m Client Partner at an AI consultancy, with a front-row seat to how work is changing.
I'm seeing roles evolve rapidly, company growth plans decouple from headcount, and individuals getting ahead by taking greater ownership of their upskilling and personal development.
I host video podcasts with CEOs, HRDs and board-level leaders.
These conversations reveal the leadership thinking at the heart of organisations and keep me close to how decisions are made, including hiring strategy and career development.
I’m happiest when I’m outdoors and active.
Fresh air, a bit of adrenaline, and time with family and friends are a big part of how I look after my health, get out of my head, and unwind.
I’m slightly obsessed with Morris, my rescue dog, who sometimes appears in the background of client calls and videos.
I’ve always loved animals and studied Zoology at university. That scientific grounding still shows up in my work through recognising patterns, separating signal from noise and acting on evidence, not guesswork.
